What are you doing right now?
What are you working on?
What do you believe, really believe, about both the task / project and your ability to complete it? Be honest, don’t hide.
Write them down.
Take a good look at them, for each one ask yourself “is this a USEFUL belief?”.
THEN ASK – is it true? ARE YOU SURE?
If it’s not useful, or not true, consider what a more useful belief would be?
Commit to developing the more useful belief.
How?
Affirm it!
Repeat the useful thought over and over.
Visualise it!
Make a picture in your mind of the task / project completed, enjoy it!
Make a picture of YOU in your mind, the YOU that believes the more useful thing.
How does that feel?
